We struggled with finding a venue that would encapsulate both of our ideas of a "dream" wedding. Neither of us wanted a stuffy traditional wedding and both would have loved to have gone abroad, however, it was more important to us to have all of our friends and families around us to celebrate. When we found Friday Island we just fell in love with it. It''s a perfect tropical island which feels like a million miles away but which is located so perfectly that everyone can come.

It is such a striking place with stunning scenery and an atmosphere that is unique. We felt like royalty on our wedding day, the staff at Friday Island made the day run without even an inkling of any problems, the food was fantastic, the timings, attitudes of everyone was absolutey spot on - it was everything we could have ever dreamed it would be and so much more!

You cannot really put into words how wonderful a venue it is for a wedding, truly stunning for the photographs. It''s the perfect place to feel special on your wedding day!

Our wedding has been the most talked about all year, definitely one that people will remember for years to come.

Best day of our lives on a fantastic island amongst friends & family who thoroughly enjoyed every aspect of the venue including the Dragon Boat Racing. How many weddings do you go to and have the opportunity to go Dragon Boat Racing? Organisation was top class thanks to Teresa and her team. BBQ food was outstanding and goes well with that something different feel. Our wedding has been the most talked about all year amongst our friends and family, definitely one that people will remember for years to come.
